In order to register for a Sommer Sports event the participant must agree to the following conditions:

1) Sign a release-from-liability waiver at packet pick-up (Parent or Guardian if under 18) 

2) Triathlon Entrants - Present a photo I.D. and show proof of USAT membership or purchase a one-day or annual USAT license at packet pick-up 

3) Entry fees are non-refundable. Entries are only transferable in accordance with our published transfer policy. 

4) Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions 

5) Race management reserves the right to accept or reject all entry forms
